Box Scheme

We have been running our seasonal box scheme since 1997, initially from our market garden at nearby Tarn Close, and since 2007, from Low Stanger.  Everything in the box is grown by us here at Stanger, and everything is certified organic.  This means that we have full control over the food that goes into the boxes, and also means that the produce is truly 'local'.  However, it also means that the box scheme is seasonal, and generally runs from early June (salad boxes) until December.

A typical weekly box will contain 8 items - for example, in September it may comprise:-
Potatoes, onions, red cabbage, carrots, courgette, runner beans, tomatoes and beetroot.

The price of a standard box is £7.00, collected from the farm.

We also offer smaller or larger boxes, or if you prefer you can have a bespoke box and choose the quantity and variety of vegetables.
